How to use:

1. Begin to fill bath with warm water, ideally between 37ºC to 39ºC (98.6°F to 102.2°F).

2. Empty the sachet of Hinoki Magnesium Bath Flakes into bath water.

3. Add to running water 2 scoops of Northern Sage Recovery OR Eucalyptus Apothecary
CRUSH Bath Soak.

4. Soak for 30–40 minutes, letting the aromatic essential oils ease your mind and Tibetan
sourced magnesium to penetrate deep into the muscle tissue.

5. Inhale deeply, allowing crisp, purifying aromas to ground your breath and help calm your
nervous system.

6. Pat dry gently, no rinsing required.
