The following policies are designed to ensure you fully enjoy your spa experience

Spa Etiquette

We ask that you keep your voice low at all times, so you may enjoy your spa experience and as a courtesy to other spa guests, we also request that you turn your phone to vibrate or silent.  Please refrain from using your cell phone for conversations;  texting and checking emails is allowed.

Time of arrival, cancellations & no-shows

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time. This ensures you receive your full service. Arriving late will deprive you of precious minutes of your spa service. Full charge will apply.  24 hour cancellation policy for single appointments.  48 hours cancellation policy for multiple appointments (which include double services and group appointments).  Failure to notify the spa of your cancellation "No-Show" will result in a $20 charge for each hour booked and will be invoiced.  Treatment times and services you select are reserved specially for you,  we appreciate the courtesy of understanding these policies.

Gift Cards

For those special gifts, we suggest a PURE Gift Card. Place your order by phone, email or in person. If you receive a Gift Card for a package or service that you don’t want, you may use the dollar value of that Gift Card towards any product or service you would like. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash.  Gift Cards are not replaceable if lost, stolen or destroyed.  All prices are subject to change.  Management reserves all rights.

Children policy

Due to safety and insurance concerns, we are unable to have children under the age of 10 yrs old in the spa.   In consideration of other spa patrons, please make child care arrangements before coming to the spa.
